If you are planning construction activities that will affect our existing water apparatus you will need to enquire about a Mains Diversion.

Developers can still choose to requisition services directly from us, they can also now employ a Self-Lay Provider (SLP).

You can ask for a ‘New Appointment and Variation’ (NAV) to serve your development in a defined area known as an inset.
